As with all goats’ cheese – Dodoni’s goats cheese has a very distinct creamy, slightly salty spicy taste made from pasteurized, goats’ milk.

Our goats’ cheese is a traditional white cheese with a natural slightly spicy taste, made from the milk of free-grazing goats up on the grassy hills of Epirus. A versatile ingredient that’s smooth and soft, gaining softness when baked or warmed which makes it easy to spread as part of a canape, as an alternative to creamed cheese, or baked into recipes to add a creamy salty taste. Goats’ cheese is easier to digest due to it having smaller fat particles than other milks, and there’s almost no lactose left after maturation.
