In Northern Greece and on some of the Greek islands, homemakers traditionally made a thin roll of pastry filled with a delicious filling. The roll was then arranged in a spiral shape in a baking tray and baked in the oven. The result was a pie with beautifully golden pastry, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, filled with delicious ingredients. KANAKI Spiral Pies, made with traditional Country-Style Pastry and delicious fillings, are irresistibly tasty. Enjoy them cut into triangular pieces or simply unwind the spiral and savour them piece by piece.

ONCE THAWED, DO NOT REFREEZE.

Storage conditions:

Keep in the freezer (max -18°C) *** until the "Best before" date (see front of packaging). If not kept in the freezer, use it on the day of purchase. This product is not microwaveable.

Baking instructions:

Remove the cover. Place the pie in a preheated oven at 180°C, on the shelf below the middle, and bake in its own tray for 35 minutes with fan. Do not use the grill and avoid placing the tray directly against the walls of the oven.

Adjust the baking time according to your oven and the manufacturer's instructions.

To fully enjoy the flavor, let the pie cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Filo pastry 51% (wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, corn starch, salt), filling 41% (spinach 38%, cheese 30% {mizithra [milk], feta [milk]}, onion, sunflower oil, leek, dill, salt, parsley, pepper), sunflower oil.

The product may contain traces of sesame and nuts.

Deep frozen product.

Produced in Greece with EU and non-EU wheat flour and spinach and EU cheeses.
