Graviera of Naxos is a pale yellow cheese with a compact and soft texture and irregualr holes. The cheese is a sweet cheese with a full and rich flavour, a strong and buttery milky aroma and a faint aroma of alomnds and nuts
Graviera Naxos has been awarder Protected Origin of Destination PDO and is made with cows, sheep's and Goats milk at a ration of 80 to 20.
