Traditinal Rusks with 6 Cereals are made according to Papadopoulos’ unique recipe, with respect to the traditional art of baking. Enjoy the taste of tradition every day!
Production process: Cereal flour and oat flakes are mixed with water and fresh yeast. The stage of first rise and fermentation follows, during which the dough slowly rises, in order to acquire its unique texture and taste. Then the dough is stretched, floured, folded and baked to create a nice traditinal loaf of bread! The loaf is cut into slices and then toasted.
Six different grains (wheat, rye, barley, oats, millet and rice) create a toasted bread full of flavor and give Papadopoulos’ Traditional Rusks with 6 Cereals a most unique, rich and dinstinctive taste.
Cereals 80% (wheat flour, wholegrain wheat flour, wholegrain rye flour, rice flour, oat flakes, barley flour, millet flour), sesame, sunflower oil, glucose-fructose syrup, yeast, rye flour, dry rye sourdough 2%, wheat semolina, wheat fibre, salt, barley malt flour, wheat malt flour, wheat bran, barley malt extract, wheat gluten, antioxidant (extracts of rosemary).
The product may contain soya, lupin and mustard.
